1. Definitions

win123 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your win123 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements). Accounts with pending bonuses may not be closed until bonus conditions are met or bonuses are forfeited.

11.2 Termination by win123

win123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Multiple account creation or identity fraud
• Breach of bonus terms or attempts to abuse promotional offers

Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding debts, pending investigations, or forfeited bonuses. win123 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. win123 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) for inactive accounts. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where win123 holds its primary gaming license. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
